Our hotel is located in a historic old town house and is unfortunately not barrier-free. The main entrance can be reached via 5 steps. Each floor is accessible via a small elevator.

Our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. During the hot summer months, a fan in each room provides cooling.

Our rooms are ready for you from 2pm. Earlier check-in is possible depending on room availability and by prior arrangement.

Check-in outside opening hours (after 20:30 or at weekends):
If you are arriving outside reception opening hours, please contact us in advance. We will leave your room key in the key box at the main entrance.

Bathrobes are available upon request at the reception. We charge a cleaning fee of CHF 10.00 per bathrobe.

If you would like a stool in the bathroom, we will provide one free of charge on request.

Guests can park their bicycles conveniently and protected from the weather in the hotel’s own bike shed behind the hotel. Bike locks can be borrowed from the reception. The batteries of the e-bikes can be charged in the room.

We offer rates with and without breakfast. For bookings without breakfast, breakfast can be booked on site for an additional charge.

Breakfast times
Monday to Friday 6.30 to 9.30 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday 8.00 to 10.30 a.m. 

Special breakfast times are published at reception during events. 

If you are leaving before breakfast time, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you on request.

If you suffer from intolerances (gluten-free, lactose-free) or have a vegan diet, please let us know before your arrival. We will be happy to organize alternative products for you.

At the reception you can change EUR into CHF at the current daily exchange rate. For larger amounts than EUR 200.00, please go to a bank or post office. There you will also get the best daily exchange rate.

Smartphone charging cables can be obtained from the reception for a deposit of CHF 15.00. You will receive the deposit back when you return it.

There are charging stations for electric cars in the train station parking.
