Note about Data Transfer to the USA
For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out to users domiciled in Switzerland that there are surveillance measures allowed in the USA by US authorities, which generally require the storage of all personal data of everyone whose data was transferred from Switzerland to the USA. This is done without any differentiation, limitation or exception, and without an objective criterion that would limit the US authorities' access to the data and its subsequent use to very specific, strictly limited purposes, to justify access to this data as well as to interfere with their use. Storage of Data
